If you encounter an error please email me about it so I can fix it. When reporting a bug, please include the following information:

• Name of your browser.
• Version of your browser.
• A description of what you were doing before the error.
• A description of what the error did.
• Any other information that might be important.

Send all bug reports to webmaster@illumia-rpg.com. Please try to include as much information as possible. The more information you can provide, the faster I will be able to locate the problem.

Please do not send me emails about lost saved games. Lost saved games can be cause be the following:

• Your browser does not accept cookie files.
• The cookie file was delete by either by you, another user, or a program. Cookies are text files located in your temporary internet folder. Programs that are suppose to free up space on your computer usually deletes these files. Disable these programs.
• You are not playing from the same server. You must play the game from the same server you played previously.
• You are on another profile in Netscape. If you are using Netscape, make sure you are using the same user profile..
